Vanguard funds are mutual funds. Unfortunately, you would have to go through a traditional brokerage to have access to them, for reasons unknown to me. From what I can tell, RH doesn't allow you access to mutual funds, but if I may speculate, it may have something to do with the minimum investment requirements that mutual funds have (in the $1,000-$5,000 range typically).
